I still cannot open my email let alone find my email messages. I believe I lost everything. This is what it says to be exact. Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook Window. If I purchased Outlook would I still have the same problem. I think the problem that I encountered was choosing the exchange server. I was not sure which to choose to set up, it showed 3, the exchange server was the first, the second, outlook. I think the last one is the one I should have used. Not sure, I am frustrated. I would really appreciate your help I did backup my files prior to refreshing my computer but I don’t even know how to use it or how to recover my email from it.
