The political council is the main executive body of the party, which collectively manages the activities of the party. It is the main link of internal party discussion and decision-making. The Board makes key strategic decisions, develops tasks for the Secretariat and District organizations. The Council appoints and dismisses secretaries. The Political Council shall be elected for a term of four years and shall consist of not less than 21 members. The number of its members is determined by the congress of unification. The authority of the political council may be terminated prematurely if the congregation elects a new composition of the political council of the union. The political council of the union is authorized if it is attended by more than half of its members. The Political Council of the Association shall be governed by the Rules of Procedure of the Council, which shall be approved by the meeting of the Political Council of the Association. The political council of the union makes decisions by the majority of the members present at the meeting. The decisions of the political council of the union shall be formulated in a protocol signed by the chairman of the political council of the union.
